Expression of Interest ( EOI) for Annual Vendor Listing
Last Modified: August 4, 2026Asian Batteries Ltd (ABL) with its corporate office located at Sanepa, Lalitpur-02 and its manufacturing facility at Budhiganga Rural Municipality-5, Morang, Nepal, invites qualified vendors/suppliers to provide various goods and services for F.Y. 2083/84 (from 1 Shrawan 2083 to 32 Ashad 2084). Vendors/Service providers who are interested in being listed in the vendor roster are requested to submit their EOI. The scanned copy of the following documents is to be sent at subekshya@megatechgroup.com.np (with subject “Vendor Listing 2083/84- “NAME OF THE COMPANY/FIRM”) within 30 days of the publication of this notice. Documents to be Submitted
- Application for Vendor Listing, clearly specifying the scope of supply.
- Firm/Company Registration Certificate (renewal up to F.Y. 2082/83).
- PAN/VAT Certificate.
- Tax Clearance Certificate of F.Y. 2081/82
- Documents highlighting specialized skills and experience.
Other Information
- Qualified vendors based on details provided in EOI, capability, experience and skills shall only be listed. Vendors without submitting the required document shall not be considered for listing.
- Listed vendors will be approached for Quotation as per the requirements of any goods/ services.
- Listing of the vendors shall be informed through their registered email address.
- Submission of an EOI application does not guarantee vendor listing or the award of any business, contract, or purchase order.
